Hi everyone,

My name is Lisa and I'm the editor of an online literary publication called 'Maverick'. We're currently looking for poetry that could be included in our magazine. If you have any work that you'd like to see reach a wider audience, or be used in a more commercial format then we'd love to see it.

I have 2 tickets to the Packers/steelers game on the 20th. Ive been thinking (which is scary) what happens if that game gets flexed into the night game? because the game they are showing now (MIN/CAR) is going to be a dud. Does anyone know how the ticket situation is handled?

that smells of the Earth
and constant running
thudding footsteps

faded heartbeats
burned into the ground

the world is stuck and skipping
then rotates and breathes
but the prison bars
sink deep into my stomach
the Real Person wants to
escape, jump through my throat
bright eyes and a nice smile
pale fingernails, naivete,
life and innocence
trapped for the years
we feel encased under a jar
tight and smothered,
but maybe the cure isn't
so far away

wow, i know few things about broken femurs but it was my understanding that its one of the most enduring bones in your body. reading about it even with modern medicine if its worst case scenario this guy has a tough road ahead of him. even a divisional opponent i hope this guy has best case scenario and its only a minor fracture. holy crap it sounds painful.
